60min Hot Yoga

With 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this class is the shortened version of the traditional series of postures done in the hot room. This is a 60 minute moving meditation, a progressive series of postures that are built upon each other. The sequence of the postures is designed to allow the body to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone the muscles and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more.

90min Hot Yoga

With 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this class is the traditional series of postures done in the hot room. This is a 90 minute moving meditation, a progressive series of postures that build upon each other, so please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. The sequence of the postures are designed to allow the body to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone the muscles and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more.

Mat Pilates 

Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on controlled, precise movements, primarily targeting core strength while also working the entire body, emphasizing flexibility, posture, and balance through a series of controlled exercises. It's considered a low-impact workout suitable for various fitness levels and can be adapted for rehabilitation or intense training depending on the intensity and modifications used.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes slow, passive movements and prolonged holds of postures. It is based on principles from traditional Chinese medicine and aims to target the body's deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia
